Tian joined the Firm in April 2025. She is licensed in Florida and New York and works out of the Firm’s Boca Raton, Florida office. Tian practices in the areas of commercial finance, particularly Small Business Administration 7(a) lending, commercial real estate, and business acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Tian worked for a New York law firm providing legal representation to a diverse range of high-net-worth clientele on complex trust and estate, commercial, and real estate matters. In this role, she worked closely with business owners, and had the opportunity to counsel financial institutions in the proper management of their roles as fiduciaries.
Tian earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in Manhattan. While in law school, she served as a Member of the Dean’s Leadership Council and represented the school as a finalist for the New York City Bar Association’s Diversity Fellowship. Tian was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Louisville cum laude. Outside of the office, Tian enjoys spending time on the beach and practicing Pilates.
