Alexander joined the firm in March 2021. He is a Florida-licensed attorney and works out of the Firm’s Boca Raton, Florida office. Alexander brings valuable experience having clerked during law school at two boutique firms handling matters involving business litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, ADA compliance, and probate matters, and brings further experience having also spent two years as a law clerk handling matters involving lender representation in residential mortgage foreclosures and other financial services matters at a national and prominent AM Law 200 firm.
Alexander earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with cum laude honors, from Florida Atlantic University in 2015, and he received his Juris Doctor, with cum laude honors, from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. While in law school, Alexander earned the Dean’s List award for outstanding academic achievement for four consecutive semesters and participated in various law school organizations such as being a member of the law school’s Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, the Immigration Law Organization, the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and as the Director of Operations for the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society.
Alexander currently practices in the areas of commercial finance, particularly Small Business Administration 7(a) and 504 lending, commercial real estate, and business acquisitions. Born in Boca Raton, Florida, Alexander is fluent in English and Spanish. He currently resides in Boca Raton and is a lifelong soccer player and is an avid supporter of Real Madrid C.F.
